What was your first-ever job?
My first ever job was working for a marquee company putting up marquees... I hated it! I was 16 at the time and it was a summer job.
Now recruitment - why?
I wanted to try something new. I've never done recruitment before but I like that it's a people-facing role. I love having a job where I can interact and talk with different people all the time. It's a new challenge and so far I'm finding it really interesting!
Favourite food?
Any Southeast Asian food! I love dumplings but Chinese dumplings. When I lived in Australia, I got to try so many good places. I really became a foodie from living in Australia and then being in Southeast Asia as well.
I love having a job where I can interact and talk with different people all the time.
How would those closest to you describe you?
*Laughing* Probably annoying, loud and funny! Grumpy too, on occasion.
Favourite drink?
A rum, ginger beer and lime.
What’s your favourite way to spend your free time?
Going for a beer. I like going to a gig. I love a festival. I went to Boardmasters this summer – it was awesome. Gorillaz headlined and was the best of the weekend for me. But I ended up testing positive for COVID after!
What's the best part about working at BP DRINKS so far?
The group of people. It’s a great group of people... they didn't tell me to say that!
I’m also really motivated by new challenges and I love having the chance to talk to new people. In recruitment, I've noticed that no two days are the same. I love that.
